You are responsible for the files, models, instructions, and other materials you submit. You may not use our services for unlawful, unsafe, or prohibited purposes or to produce items that infringe another party's intellectual property or other rights.

2.3 Order acceptance and refusal

We reserve the right to refuse quotes, reject uploads, cancel orders, limit quantities, or terminate service in our discretion, including when we believe an order violates these terms, presents operational risk, or cannot be fulfilled as submitted.

Lead times, shipping windows, and expedited options are target timelines, not guaranteed delivery deadlines, unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing. If you have a hard deadline, include it in your order notes or contact us before payment. Requested changes after quoting or payment may affect price, timing, materials, or availability.

2.5 Shipping and local pickup

Shipping carrier timelines, transit delays, weather events, and similar matters outside our control can affect delivery. Local pickup may require scheduling or appointment coordination.

We are not required to retain submitted files indefinitely. File retention, deletion, and backup practices may vary based on operational needs, order support, recordkeeping requirements, and the privacy practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Custom manufacturing results may also vary from digital previews, model assumptions, dimensions, colors, or requested specifications because of file quality, process tolerances, material behavior, machine limits, and finishing methods.

6.2 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvallis3D and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. Dispute resolution

7.1 Informal resolution first

Before starting a formal claim, please contact us and give us a reasonable chance to try to resolve the issue informally.

7.2 Arbitration and small claims

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, then except where prohibited by law, it will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act before a single neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association. Either party may instead bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
