Privacy requests and data deletion

Use this page to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of account-related information, subject to verification and the retention limits described below.
How to submit a privacy request
- Email info@corvallis3d.com.
- Use the email address tied to your Corvallis3D account or order.
- Tell us whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, or an appeal, and include "Privacy Request" or "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line if possible.
- Include enough information for us to identify the account or order.
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the account or order before we complete the request.
What we can remove or update
- Your Corvallis3D account profile and login access
- Linked sign-in methods connected to the account
- Saved contact, shipping, and preference information stored with the account
- Uploaded STL or similar design files, including files associated with older orders where deletion is operationally and legally feasible
- Inaccurate account information that can be corrected based on your request
What we retain
- Order history
- Order identifiers and other details stored with the order record
- Order costs, payment-status information, and fulfillment history
- Information captured as part of a completed order record when we need to retain that record
Other privacy rights
- You may request correction of inaccurate account details
- You may request a copy of certain information associated with your account
- If we deny a privacy request, you may reply and ask us to review that decision as an appeal
We keep retained order records for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and business recordkeeping purposes. If a design file is deleted, an older order record may still reference that file even if the original asset is no longer available.
