Privacy Policy

Last updated April 11, 2026

This page explains what information Corvallis3D collects, how we collect and use it, what browser storage and service providers are involved, how long information may be retained, and how you can submit a privacy request.

Information we collect

  • Account and contact information you provide to us
  • Authentication and linked sign-in provider information
  • Quote, order, shipping, and fulfillment information
  • Uploaded design files and related manufacturing or job data
  • Transaction, payment-status, and fraud-prevention information
  • Communications you send to us and records of privacy requests

How we collect information

  • Directly from you when you create an account, upload files, request a quote, place an order, update your profile, or contact us
  • From service providers that help us authenticate users, store files, host the site, or process checkout
  • Automatically from your browser or device when needed to keep your session, remember preferences, restore in-progress quote data, or load checkout tools

How we use information

  • To operate accounts, quotes, orders, payment flows, and fulfillment
  • To contact you about quotes, production, delivery, support, and account activity
  • To process checkout, maintain business records, and manage disputes or order issues
  • To protect the platform, prevent fraud, investigate operational issues, and comply with legal obligations

Browser storage and similar technologies

The site uses limited browser storage and similar technologies to support requested features. For example, we may store in-progress instant quote data for a limited time, remember theme preferences, and keep account sessions active on the device you are using.

  • Draft quote selections may be saved locally in your browser so you can return to an in-progress quote
  • Theme and interface preferences may be saved locally so the site keeps your selected appearance
  • Authentication services may persist sign-in state on your device unless you sign out or clear browser storage
  • Payment providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you open secure checkout flows
  • If you block or clear browser storage, some features such as saved drafts, sign-in continuity, preferences, or checkout may not work as expected

How information may be shared

Corvallis3D may share information with service providers and partners that help us operate the storefront, process orders, secure accounts, and meet legal obligations.

  • Hosting, storage, authentication, and infrastructure providers
  • Payment processors and checkout providers
  • Shipping, delivery, or pickup-coordination providers
  • Service providers that support communications or customer operations
  • Professional advisers, regulators, or authorities when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights

Retention

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Retention periods vary by data type and by legal or operational needs.

  • Account information may be removed when it is no longer needed for operations or after a verified deletion request, subject to legal exceptions
  • Uploaded files may be retained while needed to quote, manufacture, fulfill, support, or document an order. We may delete files on request where operationally and legally feasible, but some older-order files may still need to be retained
  • Order records may retain identifiers, item file names, shipping details captured with the order, pricing, payment status, and fulfillment history for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and legal recordkeeping purposes
  • We may keep a minimal record of a privacy request so we can document how it was handled
  • Browser storage saved on your own device generally remains there until it expires or you clear it

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may be able to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain information, and you may be able to appeal a denied request.

  • You can ask us to correct inaccurate account or contact information
  • You can ask us to delete information when deletion is available under applicable law and operational exceptions do not apply
  • You can ask for a copy of certain information associated with your account or orders
  • Where required by law, you can ask for information about categories of third parties or recipients that received personal data
Open privacy requests

Response timing and appeals

We aim to respond within the time required by applicable law. For example, if Oregon law applies, we generally aim to respond within 45 days and may use one additional 45-day extension when permitted and necessary.

If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to the response email or by emailing info@corvallis3d.com with the subject line Privacy Appeal. If a law requires it and we deny the appeal, we will explain how to contact the appropriate regulator, including the Oregon Department of Justice.
